What is TrustTails?

TrustTails is a two-part project built around a single principle: trust, earned rather than assumed.

Part 1 — $TAIL coin (live today): a community SPL token deployed on the Solana blockchain. It has a fixed supply of 1,000,000,000 tokens with both the mint authority and freeze authority permanently revoked on-chain. No new coins can ever be created, and no wallet can ever be frozen by the project. Everything is verifiable on Solscan right now.

Part 2 — TAIL Network (in development): an independent, sovereign Layer-1 blockchain being built on the Cosmos SDK. This is a completely separate technical system — not an extension of Solana. It is currently in development and is not yet live. See TAIL Network →

The intention is for the community forming around $TAIL on Solana to eventually migrate or bridge to TAIL Network as it is built. That bridge is a roadmap intention, not a current feature.

Not financial advice. Cryptocurrency carries significant risk including total loss of value. Do your own research.

What blockchain is TrustTails on?

There are two separate systems involved — understanding the distinction is important:

$TAIL coin — Solana (live today). The $TAIL community token is an SPL token on Solana, deployed and fully verifiable on-chain right now. Contract address: 4NoNV3jSYLRbUtVWSTK5XdkpuvRzGpMCmfZSBKMuk6Rc. Verify it at any time on Solscan.

TAIL Network — Cosmos SDK (in development, not Solana). TAIL Network is a completely separate, independent blockchain being built on the Cosmos SDK framework. It is not an SPL token, not an EVM chain, and not built on Solana infrastructure. It is a sovereign Layer-1 under active development. It is not live.

These two things share a name and a community, but they are architecturally independent systems at very different stages of readiness. The Solana $TAIL coin is what exists and is verifiable today. TAIL Network is what is being built for the future.

What is TAIL Network?

TAIL Network is an independent, application-specific, sovereign Layer-1 blockchain being built using the Cosmos SDK — an open-source framework for building blockchains that operate entirely on their own, rather than as tokens on another network.

An independent Layer-1 means this project controls its own chain: its own validators, its own governance process, its own upgrade path, and its own economic design. This is fundamentally different from launching an ERC-20 on Ethereum or an SPL token on Solana, where you are operating within another network's rules and infrastructure.

Cosmos SDK chains can also opt into the IBC protocol (Inter-Blockchain Communication), enabling them to interoperate with other Cosmos-ecosystem chains. Sovereignty and interoperability are the two primary reasons a project might choose this path.

Current status: in development. TAIL Network is not live. There is no mainnet, no chain explorer, and no staking today. We will not invent timelines or feature promises. Follow @trusttailscoin and the official Telegram for verified development updates.

More detail: TAIL Network overview →

Is TAIL Network live yet?

No. TAIL Network is in development and is not live.

There is no TAIL Network mainnet today. No chain explorer, no live validators, no active staking. Anyone claiming to offer TAIL Network staking rewards, validator slots, or a mainnet token right now is not representing this project. Treat such claims as a potential scam and report them to the community in TrustTailsCommunity on Telegram.

The only verified, live part of TrustTails today is the $TAIL SPL token on Solana. Verify it on Solscan. Everything else is roadmap intention.

Will the Solana $TAIL coin move to TAIL Network?

That is the intention — but it is a roadmap plan, not a current feature, and no date has been set.

The design intention is that as TAIL Network reaches a point of maturity, a bridge or migration mechanism will allow $TAIL holders on Solana to move their tokens to the native TAIL Network chain. The community that forms around the Solana coin is meant to be the founding community of TAIL Network.

We will not fabricate a migration timeline. When a bridge design or timeline is confirmed, it will be announced through official channels only: @trusttailscoin on X and TrustTailsOfficial on Telegram.

Do not make financial decisions based on bridge expectations. The plan may evolve as development progresses. Not financial advice.

Why launch the coin on Solana instead of waiting for TAIL Network?

Building a sovereign Layer-1 blockchain takes substantial time — technical development, security review, validator infrastructure, and community governance all need to be established before a mainnet is trustworthy enough to hold real value.

Launching $TAIL as an SPL token on Solana allows the community to form and grow on a battle-tested, high-performance blockchain that exists today — rather than asking people to wait for infrastructure that is not yet ready.

Solana offers fast transaction finality, low fees, and a transparent SPL token standard with on-chain verifiability. It is a pragmatic starting point, not the permanent destination. The long-term vision is TAIL Network; Solana is where the journey begins.

What is the $TAIL contract address and how do I verify it?

The official $TAIL contract address on Solana is:

Contract 4NoNV3jSYLRbUtVWSTK5XdkpuvRzGpMCmfZSBKMuk6Rc

To verify it yourself:

  • 1. Go to Solscan and paste the address above.
  • 2. Confirm Mint Authority reads None / Revoked. No new tokens can ever be created.
  • 3. Confirm Freeze Authority reads None / Revoked. No wallet can ever be frozen.
  • 4. Confirm total supply is exactly 1,000,000,000. No more exist anywhere.

What is the total supply of $TAIL and can it ever change?

Total supply is exactly 1,000,000,000 $TAIL tokens — one billion, fixed permanently.

The mint authority has been permanently revoked on-chain. This is a one-way, cryptographically irreversible action — it is now impossible for anyone, including the project team, to ever create additional tokens. The freeze authority has also been permanently revoked, so no wallet holding $TAIL can be frozen by the project.

These are not promises or policies — they are on-chain facts. Verify them at any time: Solscan token page →

Can I buy $TAIL right now?

Trading is pre-launch. $TAIL is deployed on Solana and fully verifiable on-chain, but public trading has not launched yet.

When trading launches, it will be announced exclusively through official channels:

Scam warning: if anyone contacts you directly — via DM, Telegram, Discord, or any other platform — offering early access, pre-sale allocations, or presale tokens, that is not us. There is no presale. Do not send funds to anyone claiming to represent TrustTails in a private message. Report it publicly in the community Telegram immediately.

What are the official TrustTails channels and how do I avoid fakes?

The only official TrustTails channels are listed below. Save them and verify URLs carefully before interacting with any account or link:

Red flags to watch for: unsolicited DMs, "admin" accounts that message you first, Telegram groups with similar-but-different names, promises of early access or guaranteed returns, requests to connect your wallet to an unfamiliar site, and any urgency-based pressure to act quickly.

The real TrustTails team will never DM you first. When in doubt, ask publicly in the community Telegram. More at Is it legit? →

How do I verify TrustTails is legitimate?

Legitimate crypto projects provide verifiable facts, not just promises. Here is what you can check on-chain right now for TrustTails:

  • Token exists on-chain: check Solscan — the token exists exactly as described.
  • Mint revoked: confirmed on Solscan — no inflation possible, ever.
  • Freeze revoked: confirmed on Solscan — no censorship of wallets possible, ever.
  • Honest about what is not built: TAIL Network is openly described as in development. We do not fabricate a live mainnet.
  • No presale: stated clearly and publicly. Anyone offering a presale is not us.

What is the Cosmos SDK and why does it matter for TAIL Network?

The Cosmos SDK is an open-source software framework for building independent, application-specific blockchains. Rather than deploying a smart contract on top of another network's infrastructure, a Cosmos SDK chain is its own standalone blockchain — with its own block producers (validators), its own governance, its own upgrade process, and its own economic parameters.

This is called a sovereign Layer-1. Well-known Cosmos SDK projects include the Cosmos Hub (ATOM), Osmosis, dYdX, and many others in the broader Cosmos ecosystem.

For TAIL Network, building on the Cosmos SDK means the project is not dependent on Solana, Ethereum, or any other third-party network's fees, congestion, governance decisions, or upgrade cycles. The chain can be designed specifically for its community's requirements.

Cosmos SDK chains can also connect to each other — and to other compatible networks — via the IBC protocol (Inter-Blockchain Communication), enabling asset transfers and messaging between chains without sacrificing independence.

TAIL Network is in development. Understanding the technology gives useful context for the vision, but none of this represents a promise about specific features, timelines, or outcomes. See TAIL Network →

Is $TAIL a good investment?

Nothing on this website is financial or investment advice, and we will not tell you what to do with your money.

Cryptocurrency is a high-risk asset class. The value of $TAIL — like any token — can go to zero. Trading has not launched yet, meaning price discovery has not happened. There is no guarantee of liquidity, exchange listings, adoption, price appreciation, or any form of return.

What we can say honestly: the supply is fixed and verifiable, the mint authority is revoked and verifiable, and TAIL Network is in development with no date confirmed. These are the facts. What happens next depends on community growth, technical execution, market conditions, and factors no one can predict.

Do your own research. Speak to a financial adviser if relevant to your situation. Only participate with money you can afford to lose entirely. This is not financial advice.

What does "mint authority revoked" and "freeze authority revoked" actually mean?

On Solana, SPL tokens can optionally carry two special administrative powers:

Mint authority — the power to create (mint) additional tokens after the initial deployment. If retained, a project could inflate supply at any time, diluting existing holders. When mint authority is revoked, the total supply is permanently fixed. No one — not the deployer, not the team, not any future owner — can ever mint another $TAIL token.

Freeze authority — the power to freeze a specific token account, preventing that wallet from sending or receiving the token. When freeze authority is revoked, no wallet holding $TAIL can ever be frozen or restricted by anyone. Holders retain full control of their tokens.

Both revocations are permanent, one-way, on-chain actions. Verify them yourself on Solscan — look for "Mint Authority: None" and "Freeze Authority: None" in the token overview.

Are there any confirmed partnerships, audits, or exchange listings?

We will not claim partnerships, audits, or listings that are not publicly confirmed.

This is a founding principle of TrustTails: transparency over hype. If a partnership, security audit, or exchange listing is confirmed, it will be announced with verifiable evidence through official channels — @trusttailscoin on X and TrustTailsOfficial on Telegram.

If you see claims of confirmed partnerships or listings that do not appear in official announcements, treat them as unverified. Ask publicly in the community Telegram before acting on such claims.

Someone DMed me about TrustTails — is it a scam?

Treat any unsolicited direct message about TrustTails with extreme caution.

The TrustTails team does not DM people first. Common scam patterns to recognise immediately:

  • Someone claiming to be a TrustTails admin or team member reaching out privately
  • Offers of whitelist access, presale tokens, or early purchase requiring you to send SOL or any cryptocurrency
  • Links to sites that look similar to trusttails.io but have a slightly different URL
  • Urgency, limited time, or exclusivity framing designed to pressure quick decisions
  • Requests to connect your wallet to an unfamiliar or newly created site

If you are uncertain about anything, ask publicly in TrustTailsCommunity on Telegram. Never send funds based on a private message. Full safety guide: Is it legit? →

Where can I follow TrustTails development updates?

All meaningful updates — development milestones, network progress, community decisions, and any token or launch news — will come through official channels first and only:
